Abstract
The daily increase in the number of vehicles is one of the important features of modern economic development. This process is charac-
terized by the rapid growth of the automotive industry on a global scale, surpassing other sectors. This growth is explained, on the one
hand, by the increase in the number of people and their mobility needs, and on the other hand, by the global integration of the economy
and advances in technology. In this regard, The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-190 dated April 4, 2022
”On measures to reliably ensure human safety on roads and sharply reduce fatalities” noted the increasing number of people killed in road
accidents and indicated the need to radically reform the system to ensure traffic safety in order to ensure safety on roads.
