Abstract
Work aimed at ensuring traffic safety on the highway networks and road transport enterprises of the Republic is carried out mainly by
various enterprises and organizations under the Ministry of Transport, regardless of their form of ownership, and by the Road Safety
Departments under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In order to fundamentally improve traffic safety in the Republic, all organizations
operating in the national economy, regardless of their form of ownership, must fulfill the tasks set forth in the Road Traffic Law.
