Abstract
This study examines the modernization and improvement of management strategies in construction materials industry enterprises under the conditions of economic transformation. The research focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through strategic planning, digital transformation, human capital development, and process optimization. Using SWOT, PEST, and productivity index analysis, the study identifies key internal and external factors influencing enterprise performance. The findings show that integrated modernization of management systems significantly improves labor productivity, reduces production costs, and strengthens competitiveness.
